Prayer is such a key part of the Christian life. At Haven Green we are striving to make prayer central - for each of us in our journey of faith and as a community as we seek to follow God. Praying as the people of God, as the body of Christ, gives us a common purpose and unity.
Various prayer events and initiatives take place through the year at Haven Green, as well as regular opportunities for prayer.
Regular Prayer Opportunities
Central Prayer
We have monthly prayer meetings at Church on the second Sunday of the month in the evenings from 6-7:30pm. Please join us to pray for the work and needs of Haven Green Baptist Church.
At the beginning of each 'term' (ie September, January and April) we particularly pray about the coming month. (I Kings 9:3)

This is for members of the church to keep in touch with particular issues which need prayer.
Prayer ministry
If you would like someone to pray with or for you, there are several opportunities. Members of the prayer ministry team are available at the front of the Church during and after most services. Alternatively, you can contact the Church Office if you would like to meet with someone to pray about an issue.
