At Haven Green we believe in the worldwide call of Jesus and the priviledge in sharing in what is being done in His name all around the world.
Over the years long-term missionaries from Haven Green have worked in Papua New Guinea, Poland, Tanzania, and Niger.
Currently... Roland and Carolein Smith and family are working with European Christian Mission in Maastricht, in the Netherlands. Patrick and Hurami Watmough are currently at All Nations Christian College, and planning to return to continue language teaching in Japan. Jane Pearce is teaching at a Kindergarten in Lebanon, near Beirut. Barbara Gosden makes frequent trips to Israel to visit and work with a girls home in Bethany and at a centre in Jersualem.
In recent years, many Haven Green people have taken part in short-term mission trips abroad: young people as part of a Gap year as well as older ones taking a career break or after early retirement.
MECO We support Jane Pearce in her teaching post in Lebanon. She is affiliated to the Middle East Christian Organisation. Click on image to visit website
