Haven Green is a lively community which comes together regularly to learn about Jesus, build our relationship with Him and learn how to serve Him in the world.
We recognise that we are all on a journey of faith. We also want to have fun together and be 'family', and Haven Green has always been known as a real 'family'.
Prayer underpins all we do. Only as we rely on God can we serve him. We pray regularly together and encourage each other in our own prayer lives.
Cell groups are a key building block of the church, meeting together in homes.
Sunday services are times of worship, looking at the Bible and relating our faith together to our lives in the world. They are also times of making new friends.
We so enjoy the children and young people that are a full part of the church and we run a series of groups and activities for them.
Open All Hours on Monday evenings is an opportunity for anyone to come and meet others through a variety of activities, including a range of sports, and over food and coffee.
Tuesday Friendship is a place for those around in the day to make friends and enjoy time together.
Refocus: We are currently going through a time without a minister and as part of our planning for the future we have set up a group, called 'refocus', to help us look at where the church is now. You can read more about what they are up here.
